VAGO

Everything after the route

The planner orders one day. VAGO runs every day: your customers, their schedule, the route, the work and the bill.

Track the run as it happens

Tap each stop done, skipped (with a reason) or paid. Before/after photos attach to the visit. Print a route sheet for the truck.

One plan covers the crew

Invite drivers with a code. Everyone sees the same route and customers in real time. No per-seat pricing.

Quotes and invoices in a few taps

Your own price list with tiers. Turn finished jobs into an invoice, export a PDF or email it on your letterhead.

When you outgrow pasting

If you run the same customers every week, pasting addresses gets old fast. In VAGO your customers live on a map with their schedule, so the day’s stops are already picked. Tap once to order them, mark each one done as you go, and invoice the finished work.

Everything in this planner runs in your browser. The addresses you paste aren’t saved by VAGO.

FAQ

Questions

Is the route planner really free?

Yes. No signup, no card, no limit on how many times you use it. It takes up to 40 addresses at a time. VAGO, the full app, is $49 USD a month after a 14-day free trial.

How accurate are the distances?

The planner measures straight-line distance between stops to find the order. Actual driving distance is longer, but a shorter straight-line route is almost always a shorter drive too. Google Maps gives you the real turn-by-turn once you open the route.

Why does Google Maps open in more than one part?

A Google Maps link holds about 10 stops. Longer routes are split into legs that pick up where the last one ended.

An address wasn’t found. What do I do?

Add the town or postal code to that line, or type your town in the “Town or area” box so every address is searched there.

How much does VAGO cost?

$49 USD per month, or $499 USD per year (two months free). Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required, and you can cancel anytime.
