Bin cleaning software built by a bin cleaning company.
VAGO started as the back office for our own bin cleaning crew in Ottawa. It plans the day around collection day, keeps monthly customers on schedule and proves every clean with before/after photos.

Your whole customer list on a map
Colour-coded pins, search and filters. See which streets you already own and where the gaps are. Import from a spreadsheet or CSV, or paste a list.
Quotes and invoices in a few taps
Your own price list with tiers. Turn finished jobs into an invoice, export a PDF or email it on your letterhead.
Draw your turf
Sketch neighbourhoods or zones right on the map and build a route from everything inside them. Dense routes mean more stops per hour.
Clean the day after pickup, every time
Bins have to be cleaned right after the truck empties them. That means your route is really a collection-day route: this street on Tuesday, that neighbourhood on Thursday. VAGO stores each customer’s collection day and builds the route for whichever streets were picked up today. In Ottawa it looks up the collection day from the address for you.
Monthly, bi-monthly and one-time cleans all live on the same calendar, so a rain day is one drag to move, not an evening of texts.
Photos that sell the next customer
Every stop can carry before and after photos, stored against that visit. They settle “did you actually come?” questions, and they are the best marketing a bin cleaning business has.
Grow street by street
The map shows exactly where your customers cluster. Draw a zone around a neighbourhood, door-knock the gaps, and watch your stops-per-hour climb.

Questions
Does VAGO know my city’s garbage collection schedule?
For Ottawa, VAGO fills in each customer’s collection day from their address automatically. Anywhere else you set the day once per customer (or import it) and routes are built from it.
How much does VAGO cost?
$49 USD per month, or $499 USD per year (two months free). Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, no card required, and you can cancel anytime.
Do I need a credit card for the free trial?
No. Sign up with an email and use everything for 14 days. If you decide VAGO is for you, pick monthly or annual. If you don’t, nothing is charged.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. Your account goes read-only: you can still open every customer, job and photo, you just can’t add or change anything until you subscribe.
Is it per user?
No. One subscription covers your whole workspace. Invite your drivers and office help at no extra cost.
